How to Fix This Error

To start using OneMoney for Paynow payments, follow these steps to register:

  1. Dial *111# on your phone.

  2. Select the registration option.

  3. Enter your details as prompted (name, ID number, etc.).

  4. Once done, visit your nearest NetOne shop with your national ID to complete the registration process.

After your OneMoney wallet is fully activated, you’ll be able to make payments on Paynow without encountering the “Pay order not exist” error.
