What is Utande?

Utande is one of Zimbabwe’s leading Internet Service providers. They offer both fixed broadband services and mobile broadband services. Riding on the back of parent company Dandemutande, Utande enjoys extensive coverage across Zimbabwe.

The main private companies selling broadband wholesale to other internet service providers are Africom, Liquid Telecom, and Dandemutande. That being said, Utande has a competitive edge over many other service providers when it comes to coverage, pricing, and reliability. TelOne and Powertel are the other companies selling broadband at wholesale and they are 100% government-owned.

What packages does Utande offer?

Utande’s LTE packages are all uncapped. The main difference is the download and upload speeds of the said packages. In the table below are the specifics of the Supermax, Megamax and Gigamax packages.

Package Speed Price
Supermax 5Mbps US$125
Megamax 10Mbps US$210
Gigamax 15Mbps US$295
